I've taken a couple month break from my Shop My Stash looks because I had a ton of makeup to get through, so I'm excited to jump back in and play and create fun looks with my makeup stash!

I decided for my first look of the year, that I was going to go out of my comfort zone and do a makeup look inspired by Pantone's Colours of the Year for 2021 - Ultimate Grey and Illuminating! They chose two colours, grey and yellow for "a marriage of color conveying a message of strength and hopefulness that is both enduring and uplifting."
I rarely reach for greys (and found out I don't have many in my collection at all!) and yellows, so I thought it would be a fun colour combination!
The palettes that I used for this Shop My Stash look are:
-Marc Jacobs Beauty Eye-Conic Elec-trick Palette
-Clionadh Stained Glass Shadow (I used Thorne)
The other eye products I used for this look are:
-Hard Candy Eyes The Limit Eyeshadow Primer
-Lit Cosmetics (looks closest to Ziggy Stardust)
-Catrice Slim'Matic Ultra Precise Brow Waterproof Pencil
-Tarte Amazonian Clay Waterproof Brow Mousse in Medium Brown
-ColourPop No Filter Matte Concealer in Light 14 (for cutting the crease)
-ColourPop Brow Boss Gel in Clear
For this look, I used Prophecy from the Storybook palette as the base shadow and Cloak through the crease - I was able to apply this lightly and buff it out and then, also used it to deepen the crease. Then I used the black from the Marc Jacobs in the outer corner. I cut the crease with the ColourPop Concealer and then applied Sweet Spot and Oh Beehave combined to the inner lid and I applied Clionadh Throne over top. Then I applied the silver from the Marc Jacobs palette in the middle lid. I applied the same grey and yellows lightly under the eye, and I finished the look with Lit Cosmetics in the inner corner for a bright pop!
-Urban Decay Stay Naked Correcting Concealer in 30 NN
-Wet n Wild Color Icon Bronzer in Queen's Land
-Kaleidos Space Age Highlighter in Ray Rider
-Bite Beauty Power Move Creamy Matte Lip Crayon in Sazerac
The rest of the face I kept pretty basic so that the eyes really shine for this look! I just used primer, a medium coverage foundation, concealer, etc. And, a lipstick that was close to my own lip colour!
I love how this look turned out - I love the yellow and grey colour combination worked out on the eyes and they are so pretty together! Have you done anything with the grey and yellow combination this year?!
